Its time to fix this game or stop advertising it

I have been a vivid iPhone user ever since the first model came out. I purchased this game when I upgraded my iPhone 3 for the 4S. The game worked fine and after I completed all the levels I gradually just stopped playing the game. My iPhone has been upgrade and with the iOS updates this game NO longer works. I find it contradicting that the game clearly states that it is not supported on iOS 8 , but on the compatibility information it says that it requires iOS 3.0 or later. If I am not mistaken the iOS is currently 9.3, so why is this game STILL not working? They should change the information that is it not supported on iOS 8 or later. Not sure if its a software issue or a glitch in the game. Regardless, a formal complaint must be made because this game is still being advertised for sale and it does not work. Not sure if the better business bureau could get involved in this issue. Might just contact them regardless.
