I cant play this game because it only shows up on half my screen and freezes up. I want my money back or fix the game! Rip off. Have always loved the sally games but not this time

I bought this excited to play the game and now my game wont load right the screen turns and only shows half of it and the screen goes black. I shut down my phone and re loaded the app and still nothing. I will never buy anything from this company again.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I was using the lite version, and enjoyed it. It worked fine. Then when I downloaded the full version, it would load in "portrait" mode, and only load half of the screen. The lite is played in "landscape" mode, and as many times as I tried tilting my screen to readjust, it just wouldnt do it. I would love to get my money back, (or preferably have the game work for me) but cant figure out where to report the game. Ill have to google it after writing this review. Dont buy this game. It looks like complaints go back for nearly a year.

I love the game but it will not play right on my I phone 6. It will not flip and cuts the screen off.

I love this game, it used to work on my iPhone, but now it doesnt load in a timely manner, and when it des load, it only loads half the screen. Its stuck in landscape mode and turning my phone does nothing. I see many post from as far back as 2012 complaining about this issue. Obviously it hasnt been fixed. Dont buy this game!!!

I purchased this game and it doesnt even allow me to play it, because it cuts out of my screen. Dont waste your money on this game its not worth it!

I just paid $2.99 for an app that I cant even play. The game opens but it doesnt utilize the whole screen and it doesnt go horizontally so it cuts out half the screen. Ive unblocked the screen rotator to see if that was the problem and its not. I cant find any type of support on their website. Im very disappointed.

Sallys salon wont fit the screen properly on iPhone or iPad and wont switch to landscape mode. Game is unplayable. When it works its worth 5 starts.

I just gave you $2.99 for a game that only shows up on half my screen. You are ripping people off and I tried to go to "support" and there is nothing. I will try to contact Apple and report you for false advertising as this game clearly isnt supported by newer versions of the iPhone. I am not the only one having this problem as you can read in other reviews. So, enjoy my $2.99. I will never buy another Gamehouse game again. Crooks!

I bought this game and I have the IOS 9.3 and the game wont even work. I think you need to update and fix the glitches because I just wasted $3 on something I cant even play.

I cant play the app even though it says I have the right iOS. The game loads up in landscape mode like its supposed to do. But then flips and stays stuck in portrait mode. -.- Only a small part of the screen is visible and it cant be changed. Needless to say Ill be getting a refund on this purchase...

Im having the same issues as everyone else. I spent the money on them before I had my 6+, but now they wont even load properly. I either want a refund of my money, or fix the game to work!

You cant even play the game cuz it shows up half screen! They havent even tried to fix the issue and there is no updates to fix it! Please please please dont waste you time and space on this game cuz it doesnt work. Its sad though cuz I really like playing these kind of games and a lot of other people do too!!!

do not spend the three dollars on this game.. doesnt work with new ios updates above ios 4 or something crazy. youd think theyd upgrade their game but they havent so... just dont buy it because you will be overwhelmed with crippling disappointment as i am right now

Paid for the app but it doesnt work with iOS 10. It says iOS 8 is not supported but were two versions later and its still not fixed??

When I had an iPod touch I would play this game all day long and I loved it. Now I have iOS 9 and I cant play it at all. When I open the game, only half of the screen shows. I cant get into the game to play it! I absolutely love this game and I am very disappointed that it does not work. Please fix it!
